Grand Opening of The Church of Scientology London

There has been a Church of Scientology in London since the 1950's and it used to be my church when I lived in London almost 30 years ago (boy am I showing my age). Anyway, the London Church bought itself a swanky new building, renovated it and just had their grand opening!

Scientologists are involved in helping people all over the world so it is no surprise that I just found a news item on "Ain-Al-Yaqeen", an Arab political magazine, talking about the World Philanthropists Organization and listing Scientology as a member organization.

The World philanthropists organization is a non-denominational, non-political organization designed to bring together on one site as much relevant information as possible on the subject of philanthropy. It is based and operated in London, UK.

Given all the relief work done by Scientology Volunteer Ministers in all parts of the world, it's not surprising that we are part of such an organization.
