Scientologists and Buddhist Monks work together to aide Tsunami Survivors

The fact that Scientologists and Buddhists are able to work together as successfully as has occurred in the areas hit by the Tsunami is no surprise to anyone who has a broader understanding of religion than the average westerner. It is possible for religions to be inclusive rather than exclusive and Scientology and Buddhism are examples of inclusive religions. Because Scientology allows the individual to have his own beliefs about God and allows him to worship in whatever way he desires and because it provides spiritually based methods for improving life, it can be embraced by people of any religion. This is exemplified in this story from Sri Lanka: Scientology Volunteers And Buddhist Monks - Accommodating Spiritual And Physical Needs
